Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Local orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days. International shipping can take 7–16 days, depending on the destination. You’ll receive full tracking and delivery details in your confirmation email.

Which couriers do you use?

We work with trusted local courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.

How long does a vape coil last?

Coil lifespan varies based on your vaping habits and the type of e-liquid you use. On average, a coil lasts 1–3 weeks. Sweeter e-liquids tend to cause quicker buildup, which shortens coil life.

Can I return a product?

Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return an item, simply email us and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long should my e-liquid last?

Depending on the bottle size and how often you vape, e-liquid typically lasts 2–4 weeks.
MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) liquids usually last longer than DTL (Direct-to-Lung) liquids due to higher nicotine strength and lower consumption.

Why does my vape taste burnt?

A burnt taste usually means the cotton inside the coil has burned. This happens when the wick cannot absorb enough e-liquid before the device is fired, leading to dry hits. There can be several causes, so feel free to bring your device in for us to check.

Why is my device leaking?

Leaking often occurs when the coil becomes flooded, meaning too much e-liquid is entering the coil faster than the cotton can absorb it. This is typically caused by drawing too hard or using wattage that is set too low.

How do I store vape batteries safely?

Store batteries in a plastic or silicone case, away from heat and sunlight. Ensure the positive ends do not touch metal objects or other batteries.

Are vape batteries rechargeable?

Yes. All vape batteries are rechargeable.

Devices with built-in batteries charge via their charging port.

Removable batteries should be charged using a safe external charger.
Always follow your product’s charging instructions for safety and battery health.

What’s the difference between Mouth-to-Lung and Direct-Inhale vaping?

Mouth-to-Lung (MTL): Similar to a cigarette draw — vapor goes into your mouth first, then into your lungs. Used with higher-nicotine liquids and lower-wattage devices.
Direct-Inhale (DL): Vapor is inhaled straight into the lungs. Best suited for lower nicotine strengths and more powerful devices.

What’s the difference between Sub-Ohm and Rebuildable vaping?

Sub-Ohm vaping: Uses pre-made factory coils that you insert into your tank. These cannot be rebuilt or re-wicked.
Rebuildable vaping (RBA/RTA/RDA): Uses wired coils that you install yourself. You wick them with cotton and can customise the resistance to suit your vaping style.
